"I am a recently qualified A.D.I within Stoke On Trent and only a short while ago took the decision to leave my franchise and proceed independently. Shortly after this I received notification of the dreaded Standards Check. With no longer having support from my franchise I made enquiries as to who best offered training and guidance locally and Craig Polles´ name was repeatedly given with great praise. I met with Craig to discuss my standards check as being fairly new to the industry my knowledge was limited. I cannot fault the professionalism, enthusiasm and general wealth of knowledge displayed by this person. Craig was able to answer every question that I had, gave great advice and offered his ongoing support to me. Craig has clearly built up a wealth of knowledge over the years and his interpersonal skills in sharing this are second to none. I have since taken the standards check and passed with a score that I am proud of. I would now also highly recommend this person to anybody who finds their self in a position similar to mine "
