I was fortunate enough to have found Craig Polles Driving School and have Jamie as my instructor. At the beginning of every lesson, Jamie briefed me on the structure of that lesson so that we could address any worries I may have before we got on the road - something which I found very useful. He was very patient and not once did he make me feel like I was an inconvenience whenever I made multiple mistakes. Alongside the rules of the road, Jamie provided me with knowledge I could carry beyond the driving test to ensure that I would be safe when driving by myself. I had to take my test in a city that was bigger and busier than Stoke-on-Trent, however, having been taught by Jamie first made driving in a bigger city less daunting. I passed first time with 1 minor and I could not have done it without him. Thank you!
